Salon Da'Paw Pet Grooming (“we,” “our,” or “us”) runs this website. This policy explains what information the website handles when you visit it, and what happens when you contact us or book.

  • No cookies. This website doesn't set cookies.
  • Page-view counts only. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count which pages are visited. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't receive anything you type into a form, and drops the extra parts of a web address before counting. There are no tracking pixels or ad networks on this site.
  • Forms you send. When you send the question form or the private feedback box, what you typed (such as your name, phone number, email address, your pet and your message) goes to Karla through the customer records system our website provider runs for her, so she can reply. Nothing is sent until you press the send button.
  • Hosting logs. Like any website, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical information (such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested) to deliver pages and keep the service secure.

3. When You Contact Us

If you call, text or email us, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email address and information about your pet. We use them only to answer you, schedule and confirm appointments, and care for your pet.

4. Booking on Vagaro

Appointments are requested through Vagaro, a separate booking service. Information you enter there is handled under Vagaro's own terms and privacy policy.
